One Year Warranty

Plain and simple. No fine print.

We put a lot of care and effort into designing and engineering our lights. We’re proud, and confident in our products. We want you to be as well, which is why every light we make is protected our one year manufacturer's warranty. So what exactly does that cover?


The one year manufacturer's warranty begins on the date of purchase from an authorized Gemini Lights dealer and extends only to the original owner of product – the warranty is non-transferable. 

The warranty covers manufacturing defects in build materials and workmanship as well as hardware problems not caused by the owner, such as defective switches, batteries, chargers, circuit boards, LEDs and other internal components. The warranty also covers the parts and labour for repairs, as well as one-way return postage.

Items that experience normal wear and tear such as cables, straps, and non-rechargeable batteries are not covered by our warranty. Damage caused by accidents, misuse, unauthorized repairs, and product modification are also not covered. 

Please note: Use of other branded chargers, batteries or lights with Gemini Lights products is dangerous and will void your warranty.

If your light was purchased from another retailer and is still under warranty, please contact the retailer for an exchange or parts replacement under warranty.

For out of warranty support requests, please submit a service and repair request. A service and repair fee will be quoted for these requests.
