ONE YEAR WARRANTY FOR MANUFACTURER DEFECTS ON
ALL LAMPS, CHARGERS & BATTERIES
Items that experience normal wear and tear or damage caused by accidents are not covered under warranty. Claims arising from misuse, unauthorized repairs, and product modification are also not covered.
GEMINI LIGHTS PURCHASED FROM OUR SITE
If you purchase direct from our site, your warranty will be automatically activated from the date of purchase.
If you have any issues with your light, please submit a warranty claim with a detailed description of the problem.
GEMINI LIGHTS PURCHASED FROM A RETAILER
If you purchase from a Gemini Lights retailer, your warranty will be activated from the date of purchase. Proof of purchase showing the date of sale will be required for warranty service.
If you have any issues with your light, please contact the retailer from which it was purchased.
REPAIRS OUT OF WARRANTY
If your Gemini Light is out of warranty you can send it in to an authorized repair location for a nominal fee. We ask that you contact us to get an authorized return number prior to sending it in for service.
MSRP less than $100 = $20 Repair fee
MSRP between $100-200 = $40 Repair fee
MSRP more than $200 = $60 Repair fee
Flat rate return shipping = $20

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We all love online shopping for its ease and convenience. The feeling you get from seeing a new package in the mail is a bit like Christmas. However, there are times when you've bought something and afterwards you might just change your mind – that's what our 30-day return policy is for.
If you've ordered from our online store and the package is still in the mail en route, then all you have to do is to reject the package and it will be safely returned to us.
If you've ordered from our online store and already opened the package, please keep the original packaging and place everything inside the box to qualify for a refund or exchange. The product must be returned to us undamaged and in its new condition.
