    To submit a warranty claim or request for repair, here are the steps to follow.

    1. Give us your name and order number.
    2. Provide a detailed description of your problem. You may upload images or video to illustrate your issue.
    3. Our Customer Service team will respond via email or telephone and provide a mailing address to send your light in for servicing.
    4. Provide all of your contact details and include your return address.
    5. Use adequate postage and insurance, we will not accept collected parcels. A tracking service is highly recommended.
    6. When your Gemini Light has finished being serviced, we will contact you and send it back.
