To submit a warranty claim or request for repair, here are the steps to follow.
- Give us your name and order number.
- Provide a detailed description of your problem. You may upload images or video to illustrate your issue.
- Our Customer Service team will respond via email or telephone and provide a mailing address to send your light in for servicing.
- Provide all of your contact details and include your return address.
- Use adequate postage and insurance, we will not accept collected parcels. A tracking service is highly recommended.
- When your Gemini Light has finished being serviced, we will contact you and send it back.
