Shipping & Delivery

Yes, we offer worldwide shipping. To find the shipping costs and estimated delivery times, add your items to your cart and follow the checkout process. After you've entered your mailing address, the available shipping options, delivery time and costs will be displayed.

Orders placed before 12:00pm PST will receive same day shipping. Orders placed after 12:00pm PST will be processed on the next business day.

After entering your mailing address, the shipping cost is calculated and displayed in the checkout summary.

The available shipping options, delivery time and costs will automatically be displayed. Select your shipping option and click continue to complete the checkout.

We are unable ship to a PO box or military address as we often use international couriers that may require a signature for proof of delivery.

If a recipient is not present, a delivery note may be left at your door for you to arrange another delivery or pick up option.

North American orders are shipped from our headquarters in Canada. International orders are shipped directly from our factory in China via courier.

Recently all major airlines have banned the transportation of lithium ion batteries in their cargo hold. Lithium ion batteries packed together with other devices are accepted (e.g. batteries in light sets, batteries with lamp heads).

If you require a replacement battery and reside outside of North America, please contact your local Gemini Lights distributor or dealer for a replacement.

Orders

Orders placed before 12:00pm PST will have same day shipping. Orders placed after 12:00pm PST will be processed and shipped the next business day.

After you've placed your order you will receive an email confirmation with a sales receipt. Your order will be processed and shipped out within the next business day.

When your order is shipped we will send you a shipping confirmation and a tracking number. Click the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email or on the order status page to view the latest tracking updates for your package.

You may be able to cancel or change your order if it has not been shipped. To make changes or cancel your order, please contact our customer service team and provide them with your order number.

If the order has already been shipped, please return it to us in its original condition for a refund or exchange. Please note, shipping fees are non-refundable.
