Shipping & Delivery

Yes, we do ship internationally. We automatically select the best courier that we believe will deliver your order in the quickest time depending on the size and weight of your order. To find the estimated shipping cost and delivery time, add your items to your cart and follow the checkout process. The displayed times are transit times only and do not include the processing time for customs in your country. For alternate shipping options, ask our customer service team for assistance.

All products will be delivered by courier and will require a signature upon receipt. Therefore we recommend you provide an address where you will be located during office hours. No delivery will be permitted to PO Boxes, APO or FPO addresses.

We use an express shipping service with worldwide couriers such as DHL or TNT. This is to ensure that your package is handled properly and delivered quickly with accurate tracking information. To find the estimated shipping cost and delivery time, add your items to your cart and follow the checkout process. After entering your delivery address the shipping information will automatically be updated.

After you've placed your order, you will receive an email confirmation of the order. We begin processing and packaging your order, and have it ready for pickup within the next business day. A tracking number will be sent to your email and you can lookup your tracking information through TNT or DHL Express.

All customs and import taxes are calculated and charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges are to be paid by the recipient and unfortunately we have no control over them. We cannot tell you the import duty and taxes as they vary from country to country.

Warranty & Returns

All Gemini Lights products have a one-year warranty from the date of purchase. The warranty covers manufacturer defects only. Warranty claims arising from (but not limited to) the following are not covered by the manufacturer's warranty: accidents, misuse, unauthorized repairs, product modification etc.

Gemini Lights batteries, chargers and light heads have been designed to work in unison. For your own safety and best performance, we strongly advise that you only use Gemini Lights batteries and chargers with your Gemini Light head. Failure to use official Gemini Lights batteries and/or chargers with your Gemini Lights head may result in the warranty becoming void.

If you purchased your Gemini Light from a dealer or distributor, please contact them for assistance. If you purchased a Gemini Light directly from us, submit a warranty claim and our Customer Care Team will get in contact with you.

Yes, we do accept returns if you change your mind. We strive to ensure you have all the facts and information prior to your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied, simply return the item(s) to us in their original condition and packaging within 14 days. After we receive the item(s), we will issue a full refund, exchange or store credit of the retail price. To return your purchase, please contact our Customer Care Team.

Please note:
We recommend using a parcel service that insures the value of the goods and includes tracking. We are not responsible for the damage, loss, or failure to deliver the goods during transit. We are only responsible for the contents of the parcel when we take delivery of it.

Product Support

Each Gemini Light comes with its own user manual explaining the operational and safety features built into the light. You will also find how to properly mount your Gemini Lights equipment in the user manual. To download a copy of the user manual, navigate to the product page and click on the "Download User Manual" link.

Yes, you can leave your battery charging overnight and wake up the next day with a fully charged battery that's ready to go. Gemini Lights batteries and chargers each have their own safety features built-in that allow you to have care-free charging.  For more detailed information on proper battery charging and storage techniques, visit our battery care page.

Yes, our entire range of lights are qualified as IP65 which means the light and battery are protected from dust and low pressure jets of water from all directions with limited ingress permitted. In short, this means they can be used in all kinds of weather including heavy rain. However, we highly advise against submerging the light underwater as they are not designed to operate this way.

Shopping & Payment

We accept all major credit cards such as Visa, Mastercard and Amex through Paypal. We also accept dirct PayPal payments in USD. PayPal's payment system is both safe and secure – it automatically encrypts your confidential information using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available). All credit card holders are subject to validation and authorization by both us and the card issuer, to maintain security and fraud prevention.

All prices on our website are in USD and will be charged in USD.
