Yes we do ship internationally.
We use a large network of couriers to deliver all over the world. We select the courier that we believe will deliver your order in the quickest time depending on the size and weight of your order.
The delivery time to your destination will show when you view your cart or process your checkout. The delivery time does not include the processing time with customs in your country. For faster Next Day Shipping, please enquire for more information.
No, our couriers cannot deliver to PO Boxes. For efficient delivery, we advise you do not list a PO Box as your shipping address when placing orders. Doing so may delay the arrival of your order.
We only ship via Express Shipping with a worldwide courier. This is to ensure that your package is handled properly and delivered quickly. To find out how much it would cost to ship to your location, add the items to your cart and calculate shipping upon checkout.
All customs and import taxes are calculated and charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient.
Unfortunately we have no control over these charges and cannot tell you what the cost would be as customs policies and import duties vary widely from one country to another.
After you've placed your order, we process and ship your package within the next business day. Once your package has been shipped we'll send you a email notification with your tracking number.
If you do not receive a tracking number within 24 hours, please contact us for assistance.
We offer a one year warranty on all our products. The warranty covers only manufacturer defects. It does not cover damage caused by accidents, misuse or other external causes.
Our batteries and chargers are specifically designed to work in unison. For your own safety, we strongly advise not to mix and match our batteries and chargers with other manufacturer's batteries and chargers. If either the battery or charger is bought by itself (with no previous history of buying the paired Gemini battery or charger), it implies you will risk charging with untested and unproven pairings, for which we will not honor our warranty.

Yes we do have a return policy.
We strive to ensure you have all the facts and information before you purchase. If however, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item or items to us in their original condition within 14 days of receipt. We will issue a refund or exchange for store credit after we have received the items from you. To ship the items back to us, please contact us for details.
The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. We recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
Gemini batteries and chargers are designed to work together in unison. They each have their own safety features built-in that allow you to have care-free charging. You can leave your battery charging overnight and wake up the next day with a fully charged battery that's ready to go.
Yes. We have tested and approved of GeomanGear batteries to be used with our lights.
All Gemini battery packs can be used safely with all Gemini Lights. We cannot guarantee the usage of our battery pack and other lights.
We can only honor the warranty if the battery packs are used with our own smart chargers. Orders of battery packs must be placed together with the smart chargers for us to provide warranty service for you.
You can pay for items in your shopping cart by Visa / Mastercard / Amex / Paypal. We take security very seriously and your details will be safe with us. All credit card holders are subject to validation and authorization by both us and the card issuer, to maintain security and fraud prevention.
