Does Gemini Lights ship internationally?

Yes we do ship internationally.

We use a large network of couriers to deliver all over the world. We select the courier that we believe will deliver your order in the quickest time depending on the size and weight of your order.

The delivery time to your destination will show when you view your cart or process your checkout. The delivery time does not include the processing time with customs in your country. For faster Next Day Shipping, please enquire for more information.

Can I use a PO Box or APO/FPO address?

Our couriers cannot deliver to post offices such as PO Boxes, APO or FPO addresses. They will only accept deliveries to a physical street address.

How much does it cost to ship?

We only ship via Express Shipping with a worldwide courier. This is to ensure that your package is handled properly and delivered quickly. To find out how much it would cost to ship to your location, add the items to your cart and calculate shipping upon checkout.

How can I track my order?

After you've placed your order, we process and ship your package within the next business day. Once your package has been shipped we'll send you a email notification with your tracking number.

If you do not receive a tracking number within 24 hours, please contact us for assistance.

Will I be charged customs and import taxes?

All customs and import taxes are calculated and charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient.

Unfortunately we have no control over these charges and cannot tell you what the cost would be as customs policies and import duties vary widely from one country to another.

What does the warranty cover?

We offer a one year warranty on all our products. The warranty covers only manufacturer defects. It does not cover damage caused by accidents, misuse or other external causes.

Our batteries and chargers are specifically designed to work in unison. For your own safety, we strongly advise not to mix and match our batteries and chargers with other manufacturer's batteries and chargers. If either the battery or charger is bought by itself (with no previous history of buying the paired Gemini battery or charger), it implies you will risk charging with untested and unproven pairings, for which we will not honor our warranty.

Please ensure you keep your email receipt with your invoice number as proof of purchase. To submit a warranty claim, view our warranty guide.

Do you have a return policy?

Yes we do have a return policy.

We strive to ensure you have all the facts and information before you purchase. If however, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item or items to us in their original condition within 14 days. We will issue a refund, exchange or store credit of the purchase price after we have received the items from you. To ship the items back to us, please contact us for details.

Please note:
The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. We recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.

Can I use my battery pack with a different light?

All Gemini battery packs can be used safely with all Gemini Lights. We cannot guarantee the usage of our battery pack and other lights.

We can only honor the warranty if the battery packs are used with our own smart chargers. Orders of battery packs must be placed together with the smart chargers for us to provide warranty service for you.

How do I use my Gemini Light?

Each Gemini Light comes with its own manual. You also can download a copy of the manual from our website.

Can I leave my battery charging overnight?

Gemini batteries and chargers are designed to work together in unison. They each have their own safety features built-in that allow you to have care-free charging. You can leave your battery charging overnight and wake up the next day with a fully charged battery that's ready to go.

Is my Gemini Light weatherproof?

Yes, our entire range of lights are categorized as IP65 which means the light and battery are protected from "dust and low pressure jets of water from all directions with limited ingress permitted". In short, this means they can be used in all kinds of weather including heavy rain.

Is my battery pack helmet and headbelt mountable?

Yes, our hard case battery packs include a separate velcro strap that allows the entire system to be helmet and headbelt mountable.

Whilst our soft case batteries are not helmet and headbelt mountable, those who run the pack from their camelbak and riders who want a bigger, more powerful battery that is still gentle and fits snug on their bikeframe prefer this type.

Our battery packs are available in the 2-cell (hard), 4-cell (hard/soft), and 6-cell (soft). Check availability with your Gemini Lights dealer or distributor.

How do I pay for my order?

You can pay for items in your shopping cart by Visa / Mastercard / Amex / Paypal. We take security very seriously and your details will be safe with us. All credit card holders are subject to validation and authorization by both us and the card issuer, to maintain security and fraud prevention.

Which currency can I use?

All prices on our website are in USD and will be charged in USD. We are currently working on adding other currencies for your shopping convenience.

Do you offer any coupons or discounts?
